Dreams can become a valuable messenger — offering insight, emotional clarity, and deeper awareness when you learn how to listen to them with grounding and presence.
Many people sense that their dreams carry meaning, but have never been taught how to work with them in a way that feels safe, embodied, and clear.
So instead of feeling supported by their dreams, they feel confused by them.
They overanalyze them.
Dismiss them.
Or lose trust in what they are sensing altogether.
The Dreamwork masterclass helps you develop a more grounded relationship with dreams, therapeutic presence, and your own inner knowing so what once felt confusing can begin to feel supportive, practical, and deeply informative.
Begin exploring the Language of Your dreams
Prerequisite: Read or listen to Full Body Presence and Reclaiming your Body by Suzanne Scurlock
You may already feel deeply.
You notice shifts in energy.
You sense things before they are spoken.
You pick up emotional undercurrents or patterns that others overlook.
But when dreams arise, it can still feel difficult to know what is actually meaningful.
You wonder:

Why does this dream stay with me so strongly?
Do I take it literally or try to find the metaphoric meaning?
What does this event or symbol within the dream signify to the dreamer?
What key unlocks the deeper message?
Instead of feeling guided by your dreams, you may feel overwhelmed by them.
You stay in your mind trying to “figure them out.”
You question what resonates.
You disconnect from the felt-sense quality of what your body already knows.
And over time, this becomes exhausting, both emotionally and physically.
Because your whole system is trying to process deep information without enough grounding, support, or clarity.
In Dreamwork, Suzanne teaches that dreams “know when you are listening.”
But many people have spent years:
Fearing dreams
Dismissing them
Or trying to interpret them only through analysis
Dreams require something different.
Curiosity.
Presence.
A willingness to suspend judgment long enough to listen more deeply.
One participant entered this work convinced she “didn’t dream.”
But as she slowed down, practiced grounding, and began recording even small fragments and sensations upon waking, she realized the dreams had been there all along.
What had been missing was not the dreams themselves.
It was the ability to listen without pressure.
And once that changed, the dreams became less confusing and far more supportive.
Dreamwork teaches you a grounded, practical, and finely tuned way to work with dreams—yours and others.
Dreamwork is not about becoming more mystical. It is about becoming more connected.
More present within yourself
More able to discern what genuinely resonates
More capable of staying grounded while working with emotional or symbolic material
As you begin working with dreams through sensation, symbolism, body resonance, and therapeutic presence, something begins to soften.
You stop forcing meaning.
You allow deeper understanding to emerge naturally.
You may notice:

Greater trust in your own inner guidance
More clarity around emotional patterns and life direction
A stronger connection to your body’s wisdom and signals
Less overwhelm and more internal steadiness
Increased therapeutic presence and healthier energetic boundaries
More confidence facilitating meaningful conversations with clients
A deeper sense of connection to your own inner life
More ease separating your experience from someone else’s
You also begin to recognize something important:
Your body validates information.
Instead of relying on mental interpretation, you begin to feel when something truly “hits home” inside your system.
And from there, your work and your life begin to feel more aligned, more supported, and less effortful.
Feel the Difference Between Analyzing and Truly Listening
Dreamwork is a masterclass from Healing From the Core® designed to help participants understand dreams through body resonance, symbolism, and their direct embodied experience — enhanced by a strong therapeutic presence.
This is not a rigid system of interpretation.
It is a practical process for learning how to work with dreams through:

Deep listening
Grounding and filling practices
Presence with connection
Emotional awareness
Symbolic exploration
Nervous system safety
Therapeutic witnessing
Immersion-style training with guided experiential practices, skill building, and conceptual learning designed to help you embody the work — not just intellectually understand it.
Throughout the training, participants engage in:
Demonstrations of dreamwork explorations
Journaling and reflection
Facilitation practice with a written protocol
Embodied grounding exercises, including the 5-Breath Ground & Fill practice
Along with the masterclass, participants also receive a collection of companion handouts and supportive resources designed to deepen understanding.
These resources include:
Dream Basics — an introduction to understanding dreams through journaling, emotional awareness, symbolism, and body resonance
Dreamwork Practice Lab — A guide for exploring dreams while staying connected to the body’s navigational system and asking open-ended questions that deepen insight without leading the dreamer.
Befriending the Dark Emotions — An article by Miriam Greenspan into emotions like grief, fear, anger, and despair can become profound sources of healing, wisdom, and transformation when experienced mindfully rather than avoided, suppressed, or judged. Reprinted with permission.
Curated Book List and Additional Resources — recommended materials for continuing exploration
This immersion is especially supportive for:
Therapists, coaches, and healthcare practitioners
Bodyworkers and somatic practitioners
Highly sensitive people
People interested in therapeutic presence and embodied awareness
Anyone wanting a more grounded relationship with dreams and intuition
Most dreamwork focuses primarily on interpretation.
This training focuses on the valuable connection between the dreamer and the dream itself, so that the deeper message of the dream reveals itself.
You learn how to:
Listen without forcing meaning
Stay connected to yourself while holding space
Work with dreams without becoming overwhelmed by them
Recognize what genuinely resonates in the body
Facilitate insight without leading someone else’s process
The focus is connection, not performance.
Don’t let the course title intimidate you. Even if you don’t have much connection to your dreams you can learn so much by stretching yourself to a new level.
I tend to have busy dreams and previous methods of discerning the messages just never quite felt correct. I brought in a very busy dream to work with and the answers that came up, I felt in my body. Today, the day after class, I did three things that required a little courage from me, that I had been putting off, and got done easily because the dream spoke so clearly about my next steps. And it was fun! Thank you so much!
Who knew that a dream could hold so much information? Amazing exploration.
I was pleasantly surprised to find this dream work class was as effective online as it was in person. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to take it again.
It felt so good to have someone listen while I was telling my dream, and sorting out what the dream meant to me...and to have so much time to go deeper and deeper.
This workshop helped me to understand and integrate my re-occurring dreams that I have had over several years. They were not "feel good" dreams but carried a deeper, more meaningful message that I was able to take in.
I have a push-pull relationship with dreaming. My dreams are voluminous & saga-like often making deep restful sleep difficult. Thanks to this class, I feel less anxious about dreaming and able to lean into the insights my dreams are offering me.
Suzanne perspectives are highly valuable and profound AND at the same time most practical, she turns what could otherwise be labeled as 'who-hoo' (I hate that term) into something concrete and more palpable than flesh and bones.
Inside this immersion, you will learn how to:
Recognize the distinct felt-sense quality of dream messages
Understand the difference between emotionally processing dreams and “deep informing” dreams
Use your body’s navigational system to discern what feels most accurate
Work with dream symbols and metaphors without forcing interpretation
Stay present with emotional material without becoming overwhelmed by it
Practice therapeutic presence while remaining connected within yourself
Hold healthy energetic boundaries while staying compassionate and open
Ask questions that deepen insight without leading the process
Strengthen trust in your body’s wisdom and inner resonance
Support clients and loved ones with greater steadiness and clarity
Use grounding tools that help your system stay resourced throughout the day
This is not about memorizing symbolic meanings.
It is about learning how to recognize what genuinely resonates inside your own system or that of the dreamer.

The question is whether you have the grounding, support, and presence to truly listen.
This immersion is for people who want to move beyond analysis and into deeper connection.
For practitioners who want to hold space without burning out.
For sensitive people who want clearer boundaries without shutting down.
For anyone longing to trust themselves more deeply.
You do not need to force meaning.
You only need to learn how to listen differently.
And when that begins to happen, dreams stop feeling confusing or overwhelming.
They begin to feel supportive.
Clarifying.
Guiding.
This is where that relationship begins.
